With the continuous improvement of equipment capacity, our melting capacity has reached 13,000t. Now we have 10tEBCHM furnace, 17tVAR furnace, 10tVAR furnace, 6tVAR furnace, etc., which can be used for primary, secondary and tertiary melting.

- Slab(EBCHM furnace) size range:220×1280×7500
- Round ingot(VAR furnace) max size range(mm):Φ960×7500
- EBCHM: Improved initial melting, eliminating the high and low density inclusions, improve the uniformity, massively reduce the metal loss, improve the production efficiency.
- VAR furnace: Final Refining，reducing the macro-and micro- segregation, refining grain size to achieve the homogeneity and consistency of the chemical composition and grain size of the ingot.
